If you’re already a CNA, LVN, or RN and have applied online, check your inbox for an email titled “Thank you for Applying | Next Steps.” Follow the link in the email and complete your online application via your smartphone. If you are a non-nurse candidate but already applied, ask the receptionist to send you your digital online application.
Haven’t applied yet? No worries! Start by selecting the job you’re interested in and filling out the necessary sections. Once you’ve entered your full name, email, and phone number, you’ll get a customized email with the subject “Thank you for Applying | Next Steps.” Tap on the link and knock out your digital application on your smartphone.
If you’re applying for CNA, LVN, or RN roles, keep an eye out for a separate license verification email. This is a different link than your online application.
After your interview, you’ll get an email with a background check authorization link. Be sure to complete this pronto and before your interview is over. Don’t hesitate to ask the receptionist if you don’t receive the email before you leave the facility.
